Effects of intense Planetary movements

Wow I don't know about all of you but I am feeling the serious effects of major planetary movements in the heavens!!  I have gone from elation to deep sadness and all of the emotions in between.  With the partial solar eclipse on the full moon last month the intensity just skyrocketed into 5th gear and the karma is swiftly moving. This is an epic time to pay attention to old patterns and see where we can unload the baggage of the past.  If we continue on the path of the spiritual warrior we will see amazing results in our lives.  Remember to be compassionate with your selves as this intensity can manifest in a deep frustration with ourselves and our circumstances.  It does not need to be this way at all.  We can be playful and see what comes and goes and not be grasping and holding onto that which is not important anymore.  Go out and find your joy and see what happiness can be yours!
