Wonderous Wednesday!!

Magnificent Monday has become Wondrous Wednesday today anyway!!  I have decided that the muses that inspire me have a timing all their own and really who am I to argue with my own muses:)


So as I write this new post I am aware of of the beauty that surrounds me and also the darkness that is next to the light.  We are in a time of transition, like the time between sunset and night and sunrise and day.  These times have both the light and the dark and how much more visible is the light when next to darkness??!!  We are the light in a world that has both aspects but we can also hold darkness if we choose and cover up our beautiful light.  I encourage all of us to shine brightly in this time of extreme examples of both.  We can be the example to everyone we are around that holding our light out in the world is necessary for this transitional shift from ego centered to deep compassion and service. THIS means we start with ourselves first and service after!!  We must have compassion and patience and love for ourselves first and then when we are sure of who we are and have something to share we go out to the world and bring our light shining strong and bright. 


So if you feel tired and confused and your light is fading take time to rejuvenate and give yourself the gift of time and space to heal. Go to your favorite place in nature and drink in the beauty and solace that this brings.  Feed yourself as if your feeding a child, make those healthy meals and drink lots of water!!  Take care of your precious self and regain your zest and zing for life.  This may take time so LET IT BE!!  Do let the time pass to the point of extreme enjoyment of your life and your being.  When you have brought the light back to full force head out to the world and shine!!! SHINE BRIGHT and watch the world shine back at you!!


The Divine light and being that resides in your heart is a unique and one of a kind soul.  So give it what it needs and give the body that is holding it so lovingly and carefully what it needs.  Ask for help if you need help and all will be brought to you to receive the healing that you need.  Life is precious and so are you as a part of it.  Love you and know that I do too!!!
