Sound & Energy Healing Sessions
My journey as an energetic healer began with my completion of massage school at The Body Therapy Institute in 1992. After taking a Polarity Therapy advanced course I began to tune into the subtle energy field and began to touch specific access points on the body, in similar places to acupuncture points, and hold them until pulses where evenly matched or balanced. After applying this to all my clients regular massage sessions they began to have deep and profound experiences of healing and well being during and after their sessions with increased energy vs. when I just gave them massage alone. As this process developed I realized that my real gift was the energy work and I resonated with it deeply and since those early days with Body Therapy Institute I have developed a technique that also incorporates using the earth energies from crystals and stones to ground the work into the energy field with more security. I am blessed to be working with Celestial, Galactic and Ancestral spirits, who guide me as I clear and balance the unique energy field of each person. I also work with earth spirits in the form of crystals and stones that indicate which of them is most important for the healing of that person as well. This process is enhanced and sealed with sound and frequency using Crystal and Tibetan bowls plus other sound healing instruments including tingshas. The bowls I use are calibrated to a 432 htz frequency which is balancing not only physiologically through bringing Alpha, Delta and Theta brain waves into alignment but also energetically through the chakra system. The sound creates regulation of the nervous system to move into more relaxed states of being away from fight, flight or freeze. When we calibrate the brain, the nervous system and the spirit we align pathways of healing that can move us into remission of all conditions or physical dis-ease.
